Wherever possible the solutions are designed to minimise the amount of paper in circulation, reducing paper costs, printer repairs and servicing (better for the environment) and ensures speedier communication between users of the systems.

System Benefits

Most ISO and British Standards (including American and Defence standards) follow similar rules and have similar concepts – where possible with your business we do things only once. For example all certification standards require internal audits to be conducted – so we produce one audit process, and documents / records which are suitable for all standards – saving time, money and eliminating duplication of effort.

Prior to developing your system we conduct a process mapping exercise – this provides us with the information required to develop your system – and it provides you with a detailed view of what is happening on a daily basis within your business. The process mapping activity will often indicate both good and poor practices.

We employ many of your existing systems, documents, forms and records so as to reduce duplication of effort and keep costs down.

Using our scoring system we trial processes and produce IDEF0 process charts in the creation of effective systems where none exist.

Our scoring system (which can be calibrated) helps ensure that changes / improvements to the system(s) are customer focused.

We are happy to provide you with post-certification support as and when required and pre-certification catch up.
